Food was excellent!! but go with time. It took them 15 minutes just to greet us and another 15 to get us our drinks from the bar. The food can out quick but they forgot to ring mine up. Overall the food was worth the wait. But who these days has that time to wait. We were a party of 8 but it shouldn’t take that long to get greeted when it’s not busy. I do recommend the restaurant for the food but not the service. This is the second time I have eaten at the restaurant but at a different location last time.

First time at Lemograss Thai Bistro. New to Thai food so the owner walked us through a meal plan and help d us with our order. Incredible food and great atmosphere.
We have been here many times and each and every time it does not disappoint. This is one of my wife’s favorite places in all of Jacksonville. The service is always on point and the food is amazing! If you love this food..this is the spot. I highly recommend this business.
Went to Lemongrass for lunch, and had the best drunken noodles of my life. I’ve been going to Lemongrass since it was located at Baymeadows, and never realized they actually relocated to Old St. Augustine Rd. I got the bangin’ shrimp to start and it was crispy, tangy and delicious. I had the drunken noodles for an entree and it was incredible. The perfect chewy noodles, the fresh vegetables (including mushrooms, bell peppers, & jalapeno), and that addictive & flavorful sauce. I believe Lemongrass has always been one of the best Thai spots in town, and it seems like they still got it. Also Libby was my server, and she was wonderful, so ask for her. Can’t wait to be back.
Flavorful food ! Be prepared to wait, but worth it for the food. Went with a friend who knows the owner. All dishes were delish! Will be returning soon! Atmosphere and service was good.
Authentic flavors and fantastic service! I had an amazing dining experience with my partner here for dinner. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced—savory, slightly sweet, and full of fresh ingredients. They also had lots of GF options for my boyfriend who has celiacs which was really great. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere and beautifully plated dishes made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine! Would definitely come back!
After Ash Wednesday Mass, my wife and I decided on Thai food for our one meal of the day. We ordered and shared Shrimp Pad Thai and Shrimp Red Curry. My wife went to the restroom and by the time she returned, the food had already arrived. Now that’s what I call timely service! Both dishes were delicious and packed with flavors. Great service all around.
